How to return an item

We want your return to be as simple and transparent as possible. Please follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Contact us

Before sending anything back, please contact us at:

In your message, kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

 

Step 2 – Receive your return label

After reviewing your request, we will email you:

  • A return shipping label

  • The return address

  • Instructions for sending your parcel

🔸 Return shipping fee: €8, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

 

Step 3 – Send the parcel

  • Pack the items securely

  • Attach the return label

  • Drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated

Please ensure items are unused and in their original condition.

 

Step 4 – Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.

✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
✔ Processing time: up to 10 business days after receipt

 

Refund calculation

Your refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Refund = item price(s) - €8 return shipping fee - original shipping costs (depending on destination and parcel size).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

⚠️ Important notes

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) concerned

  • A clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract

You may use this model wording, but it is not mandatory:

“I hereby withdraw from the contract of sale for the following goods…”

 

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned item(s), excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.

 

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping is organized by us

  • A €8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Additional shipping costs may apply depending on destination and parcel size

 

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection.
